[摘要]大型橋式吊車一般通過吊車梁支撐體系布置在廠房內(nèi),牛腿是吊車梁支撐體系中的重要組成構(gòu)件。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)牛腿和混凝土牛腿由于材質(zhì)不一樣,結(jié)構(gòu)連接形式不一樣,造成它們在結(jié)構(gòu)布置,設(shè)計驗算及施工方法上有很大區(qū)別。本文通過對比核電站廠房吊車梁設(shè)計中兩種牛腿的差異,來分析不同布置方式的優(yōu)劣,為今后重型吊車梁的牛腿設(shè)計提供了重要思路。

Contrast of steel corbel and concrete corbel in the crane beam support system

Abstract: Large bridge crane usually layout in the workshop by crane beam support system, corbel is an important component of crane beam support system.Steel corbel and concrete corbel is different because of the material and structure connection, so there has very big difference in the layout mode, the design and construction method. Through comparing the differences of two corbel in the crane beam design of Nuclear power plant, analyze the pros and cons of different arrangement, provides an important way for the future design of corgel heavy crane beam.
