[摘要]對(duì)山東省青島市某高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)上部結(jié)構(gòu)嵌固部位設(shè)置的選擇進(jìn)行了研究。對(duì)上部結(jié)構(gòu)嵌固部位分別設(shè)置在管道夾層的頂板、管道夾層樓板、基礎(chǔ)底板三種情況進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析,得出三種選擇對(duì)工程結(jié)構(gòu)影響的利與弊。研究結(jié)果顯示,上部結(jié)構(gòu)的嵌固部位首選應(yīng)設(shè)置在主樓±0.000夾層頂板,這種做法不僅滿足規(guī)范要求,而且從結(jié)構(gòu)受力角度也是最合理的;其次,可考慮把上部結(jié)構(gòu)的嵌固部位設(shè)置在基礎(chǔ)底板,這種做法同樣也是滿足規(guī)范的要求,但是從結(jié)構(gòu)受力角度來說較不合理,會(huì)導(dǎo)致結(jié)構(gòu)造價(jià)的增加;最后一種選擇是將上部結(jié)構(gòu)的嵌固部位設(shè)置在夾層樓板,這種做法從結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)受力角度也是較為合理的選擇,但是無梁樓蓋的結(jié)構(gòu)形式不滿足規(guī)范條文的要求,不提倡這種做法。因此,在實(shí)際工程中,上部結(jié)構(gòu)嵌固部位的確定過程往往較為復(fù)雜,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)人員需要采用包絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)方法,對(duì)不同部位的結(jié)構(gòu)模型進(jìn)行比較計(jì)算,取不利值設(shè)計(jì),以確保結(jié)構(gòu)的安全。

Abstract: A high-rise building structure design in Qingdao city in shandong province when the upper structure built-in parts set selection was studied. Three kinds of circumstances inclued Installed in the pipeline for upper structure built-in parts of interlining, pipe mezzanine floor, roof foundation slab calculation were respectively studied. It is concluded that the impact of three options on engineering structure, advantages and disadvantages. Research results show that the built in parts of the upper structure choice should be set in the main building roof ±0.000 interlining, it not only meet the specification requirements, and from the Angle of structure is reasonable; Second, consider the upper structure of build-in parts installed in the foundation slab, this kind of practice is also meet the requirements of specification, but from the Angle of structure is unreasonable, will lead to increased cost structure; The last option is to set the build-in parts of the upper structure on the mezzanine floor, this kind of practice from the point of view of mechanical structure design is reasonable choice, but there is no provision of the slab-column system structure does not meet the specification requirements, discourage this practice. Therefore, in practical engineering, the upper structure built-in parts is often more complex, the process of structure design personnel need to use the envelope design method, carries on the comparison to different parts of the structure model calculation, the negative value design, in order to ensure the safety of the structure.
