國(guó)際乒乓球聯(lián)合會(huì)博物館和中國(guó)乒乓球博物館大跨度結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與分析

[摘要]國(guó)際乒乓球聯(lián)合會(huì)博物館和中國(guó)乒乓球博物館上部結(jié)構(gòu)采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)框架體系,屬于特別不規(guī)則的多層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)。為滿足建筑功能和效果,沿著互動(dòng)體驗(yàn)區(qū)建筑物外邊線設(shè)置跨度約42m的大跨度弧形桁架,并在桁架下采用圓鋼吊桿下掛樓板。為保證該結(jié)構(gòu)方案的安全性、合理性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性,在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中采用了三種不同的分析軟件,其分析結(jié)果均能滿足規(guī)范要求。對(duì)互動(dòng)體驗(yàn)區(qū)大跨度結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了吊桿失效分析,結(jié)果表明,單根鋼吊桿的失效不會(huì)引起結(jié)構(gòu)的連續(xù)性破壞。對(duì)互動(dòng)體驗(yàn)區(qū)進(jìn)行樓板振動(dòng)舒適度分析,并通過(guò)制定TMD減振控制方案,解決部分工況下加速度超出規(guī)范限值的問(wèn)題。

Design and analysis of long-span structure of Museum of International Table Tennis

 Federation and Chinese Table Tennis

Abstract: Steel frame system is used as the upper structure for Museum of International Table Tennis Federation and Chinese Table Tennis. The museum is a beyond normal irregular multi-story building structure. A 42-meter-span arc-shaped truss is adopted along the outer edge of interactive experience area in order to meet the architectural function and effect, and round steel steeves are installed below the arc-shaped truss to hang floor slab. Three different analysis softwares were applied in the structural design process to ensure safety, rationality and economy of the structure scheme, and the analysis results can meet requirements of codes. Failure analysis of steeves was performed for the long-span steel structure of interactive experience area, and the results show that failure of one steeve does not lead to continuous damage of structure. Floor vibration serviceability assessment of interactive experience area was conducted, and TMD Vibration-absorbing scheme is made to solve the problem that acceleration exceeds code limit in some load case.
