[摘要]項(xiàng)目為超高層建筑,其中最高塔樓高度控制在260~350m,樓層平面為橢圓形,通過(guò)比較不同建筑高度對(duì)應(yīng)不同的結(jié)構(gòu)體系,并在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化方案,在盡可能滿足建筑使用功能及建筑效果的情況下,考慮結(jié)構(gòu)安全及經(jīng)濟(jì)的合理性,給業(yè)主提供合理化建議。

Selection and optimum design of structure scheme for a super high-rise building

Abstract: The project is a super high-rise building, in which the highest tower height control in the 260~350m, and floor plan is the oval. Different building heights corresponding to different structural systems were compared, and on this basis optimize the program is optimized further, as far as possible to meet the building function and architectural effect of the case, taking into account the structural safety and economic rationality, reasonable advice to the owners were provided.
