［摘要］剪力墻結構在住宅建筑中占有主體地位。從經(jīng)濟性角度出發(fā)，按建筑的方案設計、模型計算和施工圖設計三階段給出了優(yōu)化設計的注意事項及控制要點。所論問題偏重于設計實操，對于普通高層剪力墻結構優(yōu)化設計具有較高參考價值。

Summary of high-rise shear wall structure optimization design

Abstract: Shear wall structure occupies the dominant position in the residential construction. From the economic point of view, it gives the relevant control points and precautions of the optimization design on the basis of architectural schematic design, model calculations and working drawing design which are called three stages while designing. It stresses the importance of actual operation during design, which has high reference value for optimization design of normal high-rise shear wall structure.
