[摘要]內(nèi)蒙古大東方廣場上部結(jié)構(gòu)偏置,荷載不均勻,基礎(chǔ)差異沉降量大,上部結(jié)構(gòu)具有扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、樓板不連續(xù)及塔樓偏置等多項(xiàng)不規(guī)則,屬于超限高層建筑。結(jié)合其設(shè)計過程,討論了基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計概況,針對上部結(jié)構(gòu)超限情況,采用基于性能目標(biāo)的抗震設(shè)計方法,討論了結(jié)構(gòu)不同部位的抗震等級。通過大量的計算分析以及嚴(yán)格的抗震措施,確保了結(jié)構(gòu)在地震作用下具有良好的抗震性能。

Structural design of Inner Mongolia Oriental Plaza beyond code limits

Abstract: Leaning upper structure, uneven distribution of load, large differential settlement of the foundation, torsion irregularity, discontinuity of floor slab, upper structure bias are main characteristics of Inner Mongolia Oriental Plaza, it is a special irregular high-rise building. Based on the structure design process, the general design of foundation was discussed,for the conditions of beyond code limits, the performance-based seismic design method was adopted, the concept of different parts of the structure with different seismic grade was proposed。Seismic performance is ensured through lots of calculation analysis and strict aseismatic measures.
