[摘要]麗澤金融商務區(qū)D10綜合樓是呈反對稱布置的一對弱連接框剪結構雙塔高層建筑,與門式鋼架門廳組成建筑群。高塔99m,比較規(guī)則;低塔70m,帶長懸挑桁架;裙房3層,有長懸挑板,門廳帶懸掛走廊。設計過程中針對弱連接裙房雙塔結構的布置原則、長懸挑結構的加強方式及防連續(xù)倒塌設計、門式鋼架門廳的舒適度控制,進行了細致分析,對一些關鍵構件明確了加強措施。此外,弱連接雙塔底盤的計算地震剪力明顯小于雙塔底層的地震剪力之和,為保證安全度,采用SRSS方法對雙塔底盤地震剪力進行加強性調整;長懸挑結構導致部分樓層框架承擔的剪力超過25%,規(guī)范調整方法不再適用,采取針對性調整方法;軟件對帶V形支撐斜桿樓層的抗剪承載力計算方法有誤,薄弱層判斷失真,采取針對性計算方法。

Abstract: Lize financial business district D10 complexbuilding is a pair of weak-link antisymmetric high-rise twin towers frame shear wall structures. The building group also contain a pair of portal frame structures as lobby. Higher one of the twin towers is 99m high and regular in plane, another one is 70m high which has a long-span cantilever truss. There is a three floors podiums with long-span cantilever slab. The corridors are designed to suspend from the portal frame lobby. A careful analysis has been carried out in layout principle of weak-link twin towers structure, strengthen method of cantilever structure, resistance to progressive collapse and the degree of comfort of corridors suspend from the portal frame lobby during design process. Furthermore, the calculated seismic base shear of weak-link twin towers structure is significantly less than the sum of two single towers, in order to ensure the safety of structure, an adjustment using SRSS method of seismic base shear has been carried out. The percentage of frame bearing shear of some floors are beyond 25% because of the long-span cantilever, targeted adjustment has been used instead of code adjustment. There are several bugs of analysis software in floor shear bearing capacity when V type brace existing, therefore, a specific analysis method was used to determine weak story.
