[摘要]工程高度超限且具有多項不規(guī)則,結(jié)合實際設(shè)計采用了型鋼混凝土框支剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系。運用基于性能的設(shè)計方法,進行了多遇地震及風(fēng)荷載作用下的彈性分析,關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件的中震及大震的不屈服驗算以及大震作用下的靜力彈塑性推覆分析。針對分析結(jié)果提出相應(yīng)的超限設(shè)計措施,使結(jié)構(gòu)實現(xiàn)了預(yù)定的抗震性能目標(biāo)。

Structural design of ultra-limit high-rise building of Mao Ming Jin Yuan City

Abstract: The system of shear wall supported by frame reinforced by steel members was adopted for the practical project which is a B level high-rise building with many irregular terms. Performance based seismic design was proposed, including elastic analysis under frequent earthquake and wind load, un-yielding check of pivotal components under medium earthquake and rare earthquake, static analysis under rare earthquake. According to the analysis results, series of relevant measures of ultra-structure design are suggested and the performance objective of the structure can be well realized.
