 [摘要]重慶金融中心項目最高塔樓高度為152.6m,為復(fù)雜超限高層建筑,采用鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。結(jié)構(gòu)同時具有高度超限、扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、平面開大洞、塔樓與大底盤的質(zhì)心偏心、部分柱子形成穿層柱等多項超限。針對上述問題采取一系列措施,包括結(jié)構(gòu)承載力包絡(luò)設(shè)計、抗震性能化設(shè)計、彈性時程分析、彈塑性靜力、動力分析。另外還介紹了護(hù)坡方案及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計中的一些具體體會,可供類似工程參考。

Structural design of Chongqing financial center project

Abstract The highest tower of Chongqing financial center project is a 152.6m tall super high-rise complex building, which utilizes reinforced concrete frame-shear core structure system. The structure overruns several code limits, including the height limit, irregular torsion, floor with large openings, eccentricity of the mass center between the tower and the large chassis as well as containing some wear layer columns. A series of measures were applied to solve the above problems, including the envelope design of structural bearing capacity, performance-based seismic design, elastic time history analysis, elastic-plastic static and dynamic analysis. In addition, it introduces some practical experience on slope protection scheme and foundation design, which can be references for similar engineering projects.
