 ［摘要］灝怡財(cái)富中心包含兩棟超高層塔樓，地面以上帶有4層裙房。塔樓均采用混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系，根據(jù)建筑需要，塔樓底部均設(shè)置有搭接塊轉(zhuǎn)換。針對(duì)塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)，就本工程結(jié)構(gòu)選型、搭接塊受力、大震安全性進(jìn)行了分析。分析結(jié)果表明結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)滿足規(guī)范的相關(guān)要求。

Structural analysis and design of HaoYi Wealth centre

Abstract： HaoYi Wealth centre contains two super-tall towers, with four podium floors above the ground. The tower is reinforced concrete frame-corewall structure. According to the requirements of the architect, columns at the bottom of the tower were transered by the method of lapping columns. According to the characteristics of the tower, the structural form selection，lapping column transer and large earthquake safety were discussed. The analysis results show that the structural design meets the requirements of the specification.
