[摘要]深圳建行大廈塔樓高度約217m,帶有4層裙房,塔樓采用鋼框架-鋼筋混凝土雙筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,兩筒分別位于平面東西兩側(cè)。結(jié)構(gòu)存在多項(xiàng)超限項(xiàng)。針對(duì)塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),就本工程結(jié)構(gòu)選型、樓蓋舒適度、構(gòu)件穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了分析。分析結(jié)果表明結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)滿足規(guī)范的相關(guān)要求。

Structural analysis and design of steel frame concrete core tube

Abstract: Shenzhen CCB Building is 217 meters high with 4 floors podium. The tower is steel frame concrete core tube structure with two tubes, which are lies on the west and east of the plan. The structure has a number of items overrun. According to the characteristics of the tower, the structral form selection, floor system comfort and component stability were discussed. The analysis results show that the structural design meets the requirements of the specification.
