點(diǎn)支式幕墻索支承體系的性能研究及工程應(yīng)用

(1 清華大學(xué)土木工程系,北京 100084; 2 西安建筑科技大學(xué),西安 710055)[摘要]雙向交叉索桁架體系和單層正交索網(wǎng)體系是最為常用的兩種點(diǎn)支式玻璃幕墻支承體系。在小撓度彈性范圍推導(dǎo)了單榀索桁架初始剛度和松弛荷載的表達(dá)式,并用有限元算例進(jìn)行了驗證。研究了由單榀索桁架交叉布置形成的雙向交叉體系的力學(xué)性能,以及單層正交索網(wǎng)的受力特點(diǎn)。將以上研究成果應(yīng)用于天津泰達(dá)市民文化廣場玻璃幕墻支承體系的設(shè)計中,介紹了該體系的基本單元及構(gòu)造設(shè)計,建立了考慮施工過程的有限元結(jié)構(gòu)分析模型,研究了其垂直面的靜、動力性能,證明了文中的設(shè)計對于提高幕墻支承體系的安全性和使用性具有較好的作用。[關(guān)鍵詞]玻璃幕墻;點(diǎn)支式支承體系;索桁架;索網(wǎng)Study and application on the behavior of cable supporting system in pointsupported curtain wallGuo Yanlin1,Tian Guangyu1,Lan Tao2,Wang Kun1,Liu Tao1(1 Department of Civil Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084,China;2 Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology, Xi’an 710055,China)Abstract:Two-directional prestress cable truss system and single layer orthogonal cable network are two kinds of supporting system widely used in point-supported curtain wall. The initial stiffness and critical slack load of prestress cable truss were derived theoretically based on the small-deflection elastic theory and some reasonable simplified assumptions, which were verified by finite element calculation. The structural behavior of two-directional crossing prestress cable truss and single layer cable network was studied by a finite element analysis model considering the influence of cable tensioning construction. The obtained results were used in the design of the curtain wall of Tianjin Taida Civilian Plaza, including the basic unit of supporting system of the curtain wall, the joints and the static and dynamic performance of a facade.
