某復雜超高層結構方案的選擇與優(yōu)化設計

(1 廣州容柏生建筑工程設計事務所,廣州 510170; 2 廣州數(shù)力工程顧問有限公司,廣州 510170)[摘要]某辦公樓總高約197m,地上39層,兩側為豎向交通和輔助用房的剪力墻筒體,中間為四榀單跨框架。針對該帶單跨框架的超高層建筑的特殊性,從受力性能和經(jīng)濟性出發(fā),對兩種結構方案進行分析對比,選擇了混合結構方案作為結構設計的方向。并從中間框架柱、樓面鋼梁和加強層連接桁架的布置方面進一步優(yōu)化結構的設計,使工程在具有良好的結構性能和更優(yōu)的經(jīng)濟性之間獲得平衡,可為此類工程的設計提供參考。[關鍵詞]超高層建筑;單跨框架;結構方案選擇;結構優(yōu)化Structural scheme selection and optimizing design of a super high-rise buildingHuang Zhonghai1,2, Liao Yun1,2(1 RBS Architecture Engineer Design Associates,Guangzhou 510170,China; 2 Guangzhou Scientific Computing Consultants Co., Ltd., Guangzhou 510170, China)Abstract:The structure is 197m high and contains 39 stories. Two shear wall cores are put at the two sides of the building layout, and four single-span frames are put in the middle. In view of the particularity of the super high-rise building with single-span frame, two structural schemes were compared from the mechanical behaviour and economical efficiency, and the composite structure was chosen for the direction of structure design. The frame column, floor steel beam and enhance stories connect truss were redesigned to make a further development of the structural optimizing design.
