泰達(dá)市民文化廣場(chǎng)金字塔鋼結(jié)構(gòu)及幕墻支承體系性能研究與設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]天津泰達(dá)市民廣場(chǎng)金字塔由雙管桁架形成的巨型菱形網(wǎng)格鋼結(jié)構(gòu)以及在菱形網(wǎng)格內(nèi)設(shè)置的索桿桁架幕墻支承體系組成。對(duì)金字塔鋼結(jié)構(gòu)及采用的正交斜放索網(wǎng)幕墻支承體系的受力機(jī)理進(jìn)行了研究,按照金字塔各錐面面外剛度的強(qiáng)弱分別采用了雙向魚腹式索桿桁架與單層正交索網(wǎng)幕墻支承體系。提出了金字塔鋼結(jié)構(gòu)與內(nèi)置塔樓采用螺旋彈簧連接的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方案,重點(diǎn)研究了這一模型的地震效應(yīng)及風(fēng)振響應(yīng),獲得了結(jié)構(gòu)在地震作用下螺旋彈簧的最優(yōu)剛度取值。最后分析了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中特殊節(jié)點(diǎn)的受力機(jī)理,并提出了節(jié)點(diǎn)的設(shè)計(jì)與構(gòu)造方法。

Study and design of pyramid steel structure and supporting structures ofcurtain wall of Taida Civilian Plaza

Abstract:The pyramid steel structure of Tianjin Taida Civilian Plaza is formed by huge rhombic steel latticed nets composed of double-pipe trusses and cable-strut supporting system of curtain wall in that latticed nets. The mechanical properties of pyramid steel structure and its orthogonal diagonal cable-net supporting system of curtain wall are studied. Two-directional lenticular cable truss system and two-directional orthogonal single-layer cable network are adopted within the inclined latticed nets of surfaces of the pyramid steel structure according to the out-plane stiffness of surfaces of pyramid, as a supporting structure of glass panels, respectively. A spring link model connecting the vertical surfaces of pyramid steel structure and the inside steel-concrete tower is built, and the amplitude of spring stiffness is investigated by the seismic and wind vibration response analysis considering the interaction between them. The reasonable value of spring stiffness adopted is verified. Finally mechanical performance of special joints is studied and the constructional details of these joints are introduced.
