［摘要］應(yīng)用VB語(yǔ)言開發(fā)了橡膠墊的選擇和優(yōu)化軟件，以幫助工程師進(jìn)行快速合理的設(shè)計(jì)。軟件分為隔震結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和連廊設(shè)計(jì)兩個(gè)模塊，用戶只需輸入場(chǎng)地和結(jié)構(gòu)的基本信息，軟件就會(huì)從數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中選取合適的橡膠墊進(jìn)行組合，分別計(jì)算每種組合情況下設(shè)計(jì)的合理性，并給出建議供用戶參考。如果對(duì)軟件中現(xiàn)有橡膠墊參數(shù)不滿意，用戶還可以在程序指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行橡膠墊參數(shù)的自行設(shè)計(jì)，更加方便了高級(jí)用戶的使用。經(jīng)工程實(shí)例驗(yàn)證，軟件計(jì)算結(jié)果合理，操作簡(jiǎn)單實(shí)用，可以提高設(shè)計(jì)效率，并可以滿足高級(jí)用戶進(jìn)行橡膠墊自行設(shè)計(jì)的要求。

Development of isolation rubber bearing select and optimize software

Abstract:The software of Rubber Bear Select and Optimize (RBSO) is developted by VB to help engineers for the problem. The software has two main blocks: isolation structure and gallery bridge. It can automatically select suitable bearing groups and calculate the safety factor for every group, finally according to the results，suggestions are given for customer to consult. If the rubber bearing styles in the data-base of the software can not achieve the customer’s require, customercan follow the user-difined parameters function, and this is suit for the senior customers. Proved by engineering projects, the software is reasonable and simple. It can improve efficiency for isolation design, also can meet the need of user-difined bearing parameters.
