塘沽于家堡金融起步區(qū)03-22地塊主樓結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

(北京市建筑設(shè)計研究院,北京 100045)[摘要]天津于家堡金融起步區(qū)03-22地塊主樓地上50層,總高214.2m,結(jié)構(gòu)體系為鋼管混凝土框架-鋼筋混凝土核心筒混合結(jié)構(gòu)。為了滿足側(cè)移剛度要求,在層13,26,39設(shè)置了結(jié)構(gòu)加強(qiáng)層。論述了此超高復(fù)雜高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計措施和性能目標(biāo),并對計算結(jié)果列表比較分析。工程初步設(shè)計已通過超限審查。[關(guān)鍵詞]超限高層;鋼管混凝土;混合結(jié)構(gòu);抗震性能目標(biāo)Design of structure system of Plot 03-22 in Yujiapu Financial District of TangguZhang Yanping, Bao Lei, Lü Suqin, Zhang Bo, Shen Li, Qi Wuhui, Xu Bin(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract:The high-rise office building on Plot 03-22 in Yujiapu Financial District is 2142 meters high on the ground with 50 stories. The building is supported by concrete-filled steel tube frame-RC core system. In order to satisfy the lateral stiffness, horizontal strengthened stories are set at story 13, 26, and 39 According to this out-of-codes and complex high-rise buildings,the design criteria are introduced for the technical measures, earthquake resistance objectives, calculating methods, and the analysis of the results.
