［摘要］深圳南山中心區(qū)T106-0028地塊超高層項目主樓A座為62層的超高層建筑，采用框架-核心筒混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系，在避難層設(shè)置伸臂桁架形成加強層以提高結(jié)構(gòu)的抗側(cè)剛度。針對工程的特點，重點探討了結(jié)構(gòu)選型、結(jié)構(gòu)布置、抗震設(shè)防目標、抗震措施以及抗風設(shè)計等，并從結(jié)構(gòu)布置到關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件的選取提出了相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對措施。設(shè)計還對結(jié)構(gòu)進行了樓板振動分析和動力彈塑性分析。研究結(jié)果顯示工程各項計算指標比較理想，所采取的措施也比較合理，整體設(shè)計滿足規(guī)范要求，較好地解決了工程中遇到的困難。

Design of the main building in site T106-0028 located at Nanshan Center District in Shenzhen

Abstract:The tower A of main building in site T106-0028 located at Nanshan Center District in Shenzhen city is a 62-story super high-rise building of a frame-corewall hybrid system. At refuge story outriggers have been applied to increase lateral stiffness of the structure. Based on the specialty of this project, it focuses on structural planning, structural layout, seismic fortification objects, seismic fortification measures and wind resistance design, etc. Solutions involved from structural layout to critical element selections have been proposed accordingly. Vibration analysis on slabs and dynamic elastic-plastic analysis on the structure have been adopted. The results are satisfactory, the solutions are feasible, the overall design meets code requirements, and construction difficulties have been well solved.
