帶鋼桁架牛腿的巨型鋼管混凝土柱-混凝土梁節(jié)點(diǎn)有限元法分析研究

[摘要]廣州新客站的鋼管混凝土柱節(jié)點(diǎn)尺度大、構(gòu)造復(fù)雜,采用了穿心承重銷和穿心鋼筋相結(jié)合的節(jié)點(diǎn)形式。確定了以鋼桁架牛腿抗剪為主進(jìn)行抗剪驗(yàn)算,綜合混凝土梁和鋼桁架牛腿的作用進(jìn)行抗彎驗(yàn)算的設(shè)計(jì)原則。采用MSC.MARC軟件對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行有限元分析,研究了節(jié)點(diǎn)受力性能、破壞模式和協(xié)同工作能力,以及鋼桁架牛腿的作用。鋼桁架牛腿可以控制節(jié)點(diǎn)區(qū)塑性鉸出現(xiàn)的位置,改善節(jié)點(diǎn)的剛度、承載能力和延性,同時(shí)還是鋼管混凝土柱和混凝土梁之間過渡的重要組成部分。對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)區(qū)域的應(yīng)力分布和剪力分布的研究表明,該節(jié)點(diǎn)具有較好的整體性能。

FEM analysis of large concrete filled steel tubular column and reinforced \= concrete beam joint with steel truss shape corbels

Abstract:The concrete filled steel tubular column joint of New Guangzhou Railway Station have large dimension and complicate detail construction. Truss shape corbels and piercing reinforcing bars are used. The design principle that truss corbel bears shear force and concrete beam bears moment together with corbel is decided. Through finite element analysis, the mechanical character, the failure principle, the coordinated working performance and the function of truss shape corbels are studied. The truss corbel can control the plastic hinge distribution, improve the joint stiffness and load bearing capacity, as well as the important part of the transition between concrete filled steel tubular column and reinforced concrete beam. It is shown that the joint has good integrate performance through the study on stress and shear force distribution of joints.
