大跨度索拱空間結(jié)構(gòu)預(yù)應(yīng)力控制研究

[摘要]研究了廣州新客站站房大跨度預(yù)應(yīng)力空間結(jié)構(gòu)的預(yù)應(yīng)力控制分析的影響矩陣迭代法,即已知結(jié)構(gòu)在既定強(qiáng)度、剛度目標(biāo)狀態(tài)下的位移、索力等,反求結(jié)構(gòu)的初始狀態(tài)。以此為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)廣州新客站屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)的單層索殼、三向張弦梁、索拱結(jié)構(gòu)選定了合理的預(yù)應(yīng)力控制目標(biāo),分析得到了各區(qū)域結(jié)構(gòu)的預(yù)應(yīng)力控制值和零狀態(tài)控制幾何。對(duì)索拱結(jié)構(gòu)在胎架張拉階段和高空張拉階段的預(yù)應(yīng)力進(jìn)行了控制,保證了索拱的支座反力處于最小的狀態(tài)。進(jìn)一步分析表明,預(yù)應(yīng)力取值合理,結(jié)構(gòu)處于良好的工作狀態(tài)。

Study on prestress controlling of a long-span cable-arc spatial structure

Abstract:The prestress spatial structure system of New Guangzhou Railway Station is introduced. The influence factor matrix iterative method of prestress control on long-span prestress spatial system is studied, which can find the initial state of prestress structure through the target state such as displacement and stress, etc. Optimized prestress control target is chosen on the cable-arc structure, cable-shell structure and tri-directional truss-string spatial structure. The shape of unstrained state and prestress of cable are obtained. The prestress control on the construction of the cable-arc structure insure the minimization of the support reaction. It is shown that the prestress is adequate and the structure is in good bearing performance.
