[摘要]軌道交通上蓋開發(fā)項(xiàng)目中往往存在結(jié)構(gòu)剛度突變和跨度較大的問題,從而限制建筑方案的設(shè)計(jì)。針對(duì)此類項(xiàng)目,介紹了兩種解決方案:層間隔震與吊掛結(jié)構(gòu)。采用層間隔震可以解決剛度突變問題,同時(shí)也保護(hù)了主體結(jié)構(gòu);采用吊掛結(jié)構(gòu)可以在不影響下部建筑使用功能的同時(shí)增設(shè)結(jié)構(gòu)樓面。并對(duì)兩種解決方案各自的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)作了相關(guān)介紹,可供其他類似項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)參考。[關(guān)鍵詞]層間隔震; 減震系數(shù); 時(shí)程調(diào)整系數(shù); 吊掛結(jié)構(gòu); 接觸式連接中圖分類號(hào):TU248.2,TU241.93 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2015)24-0079-07
Structural design for Xinzhuang Metro Station topside development project in ShanghaiFan Changlong, Xia Qiang, Shi Huayan, Ding Jianhao, Andrew Luong(Arup, Shanghai 200031, China)Abstract: Problems of sudden change of vertical structural stiffness and long span structure usually exist in Metro Station topside development projects, which can impose restrictions on architectural scheme design. For these projects, two solutions were introduced including inter-storey isolation and suspended structure. Adopting inter-storey isolation can resolve the problem of sudden change of vertical structural stiffness and protect the main structure as well. Adopting suspended structure enables more structural floors without influencing using function of lower buildings.
