深圳前海世茂金融中心塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及分析

［摘要］深圳前海世茂金融中心塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)高度為303.9m，首層至屋面每層繞中心相對(duì)下層旋轉(zhuǎn)0.68°，共旋轉(zhuǎn)45°。塔樓為框架-核心筒形式，外框?yàn)殇摴芑炷练侄坞p向斜直柱+鋼梁，核心筒為鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)。旋轉(zhuǎn)外框架不便設(shè)置伸臂桁架，通過優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)平面形狀和體型、利用周邊地形地貌條件減小風(fēng)荷載，解決了剛度和舒適度問題。外框在重力作用下形成水平力環(huán)流，對(duì)核心筒形成扭矩，通過對(duì)傳力路徑、節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造、重力下整體水平位移及整體穩(wěn)定性的分析并采取措施，達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)目的。［關(guān)鍵詞］深圳前海世茂金融中心; 旋轉(zhuǎn)框架; 分段雙向斜直柱; 風(fēng)荷載; 水平力環(huán)流; 扭矩; 傳力路徑中圖分類號(hào)：TU973.1+6 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2015)24-0058-08
Structural design and analysis for Shenzhen Qianhai Shimao Finance Center TowerMa Hui, Lü Haishuang, Luo Chengshi, Wang Yang, Lin Fengjun, Liang Zhaolin, Xin Yingpei(Arup, Shenzhen 518048, China)Abstract: Shenzhen Qianhai Shimao Finance Center Tower has structural height of 303.9m. Each layer rotates around the center in 0.68 degrees relative to lower layer from the first floor to the roof and the total rotating angle is 45 degrees. The tower adopts frame-corewall system, in which outer frame comprises concrete filled steel tube segment double-lean straight column and steel beam，corewall is reinforced concrete structure. Twisting outer frame is inconvenience in setting outriggers. To solve the problems of stiffness and comfort, wind load is reduced by optimizing the structure plane shape and size and utilizing the surrounding topography conditions. Under the action of gravity, outer frame forms circulation of horizontal forces, which forms torque on the corewall.
