北京CBD核心區(qū)Z6地塊項(xiàng)目主塔樓抗連續(xù)倒塌分析

［摘要］北京CBD核心區(qū)Z6地塊項(xiàng)目主塔樓采用由巨柱、巨撐、密撐組成的斜交網(wǎng)格外框筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系，內(nèi)筒下部為含鋼板鋼筋混凝土核心筒，上部為鋼框架核心筒。采用《高層建筑混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》（JGJ 3—2010）中的拆除構(gòu)件法和附加側(cè)向偶然作用法，對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)低、中、高區(qū)段不同位置處的巨柱、巨撐和密撐進(jìn)行抗連續(xù)倒塌分析。結(jié)果顯示，在爆炸或沖擊荷載作用下，結(jié)構(gòu)均未違反規(guī)范規(guī)定發(fā)生大范圍的連續(xù)倒塌，結(jié)構(gòu)布置方案滿足偶然荷載作用下不發(fā)生連續(xù)性倒塌的要求。［關(guān)鍵詞］北京CBD核心區(qū)Z6地塊項(xiàng)目; 巨柱; 巨撐; 密撐; 抗連續(xù)倒塌中圖分類號(hào)：TU318 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2015)24-0053-05
Progressive collapse analysis of main tower of Z6 Plot Project in core area of Beijing CBDYang Mingliu, Li Wanying, Zhong Congming(Arup, Beijing 100020, China)Abstract: The main tower of Z6 Plot Project in core area of Beijing CBD adopts diagrid perimeter frame tube structural system composed of mega columns, mega braces and close braces. Reinforced concrete corewall with steel plates inside locates in bottom of inner corewall and steel frame corewall locates at upper level. Progressive collapse analyses were carried out on mega columns, mega braces and close braces at different positions of low, middle and high zones using removing element method and additional lateral accidental action method in Technical specification for concrete structures of tall buildings (JGJ 3—2010). The results show that under action of explode or impact load, the structure meets code requirement and no large-scale progressive collapse occurs.
