重慶來福士廣場場地穩(wěn)定性分析與評估

[摘要]重慶來福士廣場項(xiàng)目開發(fā)體量大、場地條件極其復(fù)雜,尤其是存在臨近長江和嘉陵江的土質(zhì)邊坡和巖土質(zhì)混合高邊坡。為保證擬建建筑物和既有建筑邊坡及其相關(guān)支擋構(gòu)筑物的安全,重點(diǎn)對項(xiàng)目東西兩側(cè)場地在靜力和地震條件下的穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了分析和評估,且在分析過程中考慮了場地穩(wěn)定性與擬建主體工程的交互影響。詳細(xì)介紹了場地穩(wěn)定性分析的原則和方法、設(shè)計(jì)條件和內(nèi)容以及相應(yīng)的分析結(jié)果。結(jié)果表明,通過適當(dāng)設(shè)置抗滑樁,保證了整個(gè)場地的穩(wěn)定和擬建項(xiàng)目的安全。[關(guān)鍵詞]重慶來福士廣場; 邊坡工程; 場地穩(wěn)定性; 抗滑樁; 樁基中圖分類號:TU470.3 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2015)24-0037-07
Site stability analysis and assessment for Raffles City in ChongqingGe Xuewu, Lin Qiaoxing, Yang Dengbao, Zhao Kairan(Arup, Hong Kong, China)Abstract: The project site of Raffles City in Chongqing is huge with super-complex condition. There are especially high soil slopes and rock/soil slope near the Yangtze River and the Jialing River. To guarantee the safety of the existing slopes, retaining structures and proposed buildings, site stabilities in the eastern and western sides were analyzed and assessed under static and seismic conditions, and interactions of site stability and the proposed main buildings were also considered in the analysis process. The principles and methodologies, design conditions and contents, as well as relevant analysis results were elaborated.
