[摘要]重慶來福士廣場項目的一個重要設(shè)計挑戰(zhàn)是空中連橋結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計與其高位連接方案。系統(tǒng)闡述了空中連橋結(jié)構(gòu)體系及其分析設(shè)計方法,并討論了不同連接方式對結(jié)構(gòu)性能的影響,最終創(chuàng)新地提出了高位連體的減隔震設(shè)計方案。對不同設(shè)計工況,應(yīng)用不同的分析模型和假設(shè),以抗震性能化設(shè)計為根本,對空中連橋的結(jié)構(gòu)性能、隔震層以及支承節(jié)點的地震表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行全面的評估。在配合建筑與機電等其他專業(yè)的同時,滿足了結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)濟性要求。[關(guān)鍵詞]重慶來福士廣場; 空中連橋; 高位連體結(jié)構(gòu); 減隔震設(shè)計與分析; 節(jié)點設(shè)計中圖分類號:TU318.2,TU973 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2015)24-0009-07

The structural system and its design and analysis methodology were systematically described, with discussing the impacts on structural performance due to different connection approaches. The seismic isolation scheme in high level is innovatively adopted to the final design. Under the conditions of various load cases, the different models and assumptions were implemented. A full assessment on sky bridge′s structural performance, seismic isolation, and its connection was conducted in terms of performance based seismic design.
