重組竹銷(xiāo)槽承壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]對(duì)15個(gè)重組竹順紋銷(xiāo)槽承壓試件和15個(gè)重組竹橫紋銷(xiāo)槽承壓試件進(jìn)行單調(diào)加載試驗(yàn),采用位移控制法加載直至破壞,研究銷(xiāo)槽的極限承壓強(qiáng)度。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,順紋銷(xiāo)槽承壓試件的極限承壓強(qiáng)度平均值為91.59MPa,呈現(xiàn)明顯的脆性破壞特征,試件剛度較大;而橫紋銷(xiāo)槽承壓試件的極限承壓強(qiáng)度平均值為71.81MPa,其變異系數(shù)達(dá)到0.143 2,最大位移均在10mm左右,表現(xiàn)出較好的延性,試件剛度也明顯較小。

Experimental study on dowel-compression strength of parallel bamboo strand lumber

Abstract: The monotonic loading tests on 15 dowel-compression specimens of parallel bamboo strand lumber loaded parallel to grain and 15 dowelcompression specimens of parallel bamboo strand lumber loaded perpendicular to grain were carried out. Displacement control method was used to load till failure of the specimens to study the ultimate compression strength for dowel. The test results show that  the average ultimate compression strength value of dowel-compression specimens loaded parallel to grain is 91.59MPa. The mode of brittle failure is observed and the specimen stiffness is larger. However, average ultimate compression strength value of dowel-compression specimens loaded perpendicular to grain is 71.81MPa with variation coefficient of 0.143 2 and the maximum displacement about 10mm. The specimens show signs of ductile behavior with smaller stiffness.
