平面KK型足尺相貫節(jié)點極限承載力試驗研究

[摘要]平面KK型相貫節(jié)點是網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)中常見的節(jié)點形式,對平面KK型相貫節(jié)點支管在軸力、平面內(nèi)彎矩、平面外彎矩共同作用下的極限承載力進行了足尺試驗研究,分析了節(jié)點加載過程中應力發(fā)展過程及位移變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,對支管施加偏心荷載能夠有效地模擬節(jié)點承受軸力、平面內(nèi)彎矩、平面外彎矩的共同作用。主管的局部屈曲是平面KK型相貫節(jié)點的破壞模式之一。采用規(guī)范Eurocode 3中K型節(jié)點在軸力、平面內(nèi)彎矩和平面外彎矩共同作用下的公式對支管承受軸力、平面內(nèi)彎矩、平面外彎矩共同作用的平面KK型相貫節(jié)點進行驗算是可行的,驗算結(jié)果表明,節(jié)點是安全的且偏保守。[關(guān)鍵詞]平面KK型相貫節(jié)點; 軸力; 彎矩; 極限承載力; 足尺試驗中圖分類號:TU391,TU393.3 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2015)22-0075-05

Full-scale experimental study was carried out on the ultimate capacity of the branch pipe for plane KK-typed penetration joint under the combined actions of axial force, in-plane moment and out-plane moment. The stress developing process and displacement variation law of the joint were analyzed in the loading process. Results show that the combined actions of axial force, in-plane moment and out-plane moment on the joint can be effectively simulated by the eccentricity loading on the branch pipe. The local buckling of the main pipe is one of the failure modes of the plane KK-typed penetration joint. It′s feasible to check the plane KK-typed penetration joint with branch pipe bearing the combined actions of axial force, in-plane moment and out-plane moment according to the formula in Eurocode 3 for K-typed joint under the combined actions of axial force, in-plane moment and out-plane moment.
