不同應(yīng)變率對混凝土軸拉全曲線影響的試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]利用MTS試驗(yàn)機(jī),通過在試件與試驗(yàn)機(jī)之間設(shè)置球鉸組件以降低混凝土拉伸試驗(yàn)中偏心的影響和消除附加彎矩的影響。并以試件應(yīng)變?yōu)榧虞d控制方式,完成了應(yīng)變率為10-7,10-6,10-5,10-4/s四種數(shù)量級范圍內(nèi)的混凝土動態(tài)軸向拉伸試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,所采用的試驗(yàn)方法簡便可行;不同應(yīng)變率下的混凝土軸拉應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變?nèi)€的形狀有很好的相似性;混凝土抗拉強(qiáng)度和抗拉彈性模量隨著應(yīng)變率的增加而增加,但應(yīng)變率的變化對混凝土極限拉應(yīng)變沒有明顯的規(guī)律性影響。[關(guān)鍵詞]混凝土; 軸向拉伸; 應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變?nèi)€; 應(yīng)變率中圖分類號:TU502 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2015)22-0071-04

The dynamic axial tensile test of concrete within four strain rate magnitude ranges was completed with loading control method of specimen strain and the strain rates were 10-7, 10-6, 10-5,10-4/s. The test results show that the used test methods were simple and feasible. Under different strain rates, good similarities exist in different complete stress-strain curve shapes of concrete axial tensile tests. Tensile strength and elastic modulus increase with the increase of strain rate, but the change of the strain rate has no obvious regular effect on the ultimate tensile strain of concrete.Keywords: concrete; axial tension; stress-strain curve; strain rate
