應(yīng)用HRB500級(jí)高強(qiáng)鋼筋的不同結(jié)構(gòu)體系鋼筋用量分析*

［摘要］針對HRB500級(jí)高強(qiáng)鋼筋在框架、框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)、剪力墻及框筒結(jié)構(gòu)中作為受力鋼筋的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益進(jìn)行了分析。應(yīng)用PKPM和STAT軟件分別對若干工程實(shí)例進(jìn)行建模分析，采用HRB500級(jí)高強(qiáng)鋼筋代替HRB400級(jí)鋼筋，在保證安全的基礎(chǔ)上，對不同強(qiáng)度等級(jí)鋼筋的用量進(jìn)行比較和分析。分析結(jié)果證明，將HRB500級(jí)高強(qiáng)鋼筋用于縱向受力鋼筋時(shí)，材料強(qiáng)度充分發(fā)揮，節(jié)材效果明顯，鋼筋用量的節(jié)約比例約為10.0%，為使用HRB500級(jí)高強(qiáng)鋼筋的結(jié)構(gòu)的經(jīng)濟(jì)性提供數(shù)據(jù)支持和技術(shù)依靠。［關(guān)鍵詞］HRB500級(jí)高強(qiáng)鋼筋; 不同結(jié)構(gòu)體系; 經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析; 鋼筋用量中圖分類號(hào)：TU375 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2015)22-0048-07

PKPM and STAT software were applied to establish the structure modeling of several engineering projects using HRB500 high-strength rebar instead of HRB400 one. On the basis of safety, the reinforcement amounts of different strengthes were compared and analyzed. The results show that use of HRB500 high-strength rebar can achieve good effect of saving material when it is used as longitudinal carrying bar, with strength of HRB500 high-strength rebar brought into full play, and the saving ratio is about 10.0%.
