［摘要］我國村鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)房的結(jié)構(gòu)安全問題由來已久，在汶川地震、玉樹地震和蘆山地震中，該問題愈加突出。經(jīng)過這幾次地震，村民對農(nóng)房安全的重要性有了新的認識，村民在現(xiàn)階段建房過程中對房屋的建造習(xí)慣進行了改進。4·20蘆山地震災(zāi)后重建已接近尾聲，為全面了解震后災(zāi)區(qū)恢復(fù)重建中村鎮(zhèn)自建房在建造習(xí)慣方面改進的進程，以實地走訪和入戶問卷調(diào)查的方式，對4·20蘆山地震重災(zāi)區(qū)寶興縣東風(fēng)村和蘆山縣古城村1 000余戶村民自建房在設(shè)計、施工、結(jié)構(gòu)布置、材料使用、抗震設(shè)防等方面的資料進行了收集與整理，并與災(zāi)前建造情況進行對比分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)自建房在建造過程中仍然存在一系列問題，需主管部門進一步加強引導(dǎo)和監(jiān)管，以提高農(nóng)房抗震防災(zāi)能力。［關(guān)鍵詞］村鎮(zhèn)建設(shè); 自建房; 建造習(xí)慣; 對比分析中圖分類號：TU318.2 文獻標(biāo)識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2015)22-0034-06

After experiencing these earthquakes, villagers have a new understanding of the importance of rural house safety, and their construction habits have been improved, which can be observed in their newly house construction procedures. The reconstruction in Lushan disaster area is near completion after 4·20 Lushan earthquake. In order to completely understand the improving process of construction habit for rural self-build houses, field investigations and household surveys were conducted to gather information of the design, construction methods, structure arrangement, material use, seismic fortification methods in rural self-build house reconstruction aiming at more than 1 000 villagers in 4·20 Lushan earthquake heavily-destructed villages including Dongfeng village of Baoxing county and Gucheng village of Lushan county. The construction conditions were compared with that before 4·20 Lushan earthquake and some problems still existed in rural self-build house construction. The authorities should strengthen their guidance and supervision in reconstruction to improve the seismic ability of rural houses.Keywords: town and village construction; self-build house; construction habit; comparative analysis
