考慮風(fēng)向的兩棟典型截面超高層建筑主體風(fēng)荷載研究及規(guī)范值比較

[摘要]基于剛性模型的高頻天平測(cè)力風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn),對(duì)外附網(wǎng)架的超高層建筑的基底彎矩和扭矩特性進(jìn)行了分析,詳細(xì)討論了復(fù)雜的周邊建筑環(huán)境對(duì)近似方形截面建筑的整體氣動(dòng)力特性的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,復(fù)雜周邊建筑環(huán)境對(duì)超高層建筑的氣動(dòng)力均值和脈動(dòng)值影響主要表現(xiàn)為遮擋效應(yīng),尤其在兩幢建筑物串聯(lián)、并列時(shí)。在考慮風(fēng)向的前提下,將層間等效靜力風(fēng)荷載及總體基底剪力和彎扭矩的規(guī)范值和試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比較,可知規(guī)范值在一定程度上可以包絡(luò)試驗(yàn)值,但是經(jīng)濟(jì)性不佳。[關(guān)鍵詞]超高層建筑; 復(fù)雜周邊建筑; 等效靜力風(fēng)荷載; 風(fēng)速; 風(fēng)向中圖分類號(hào):TU312 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2015)22-0024-05
Research on wind load on two super high-rise buildings with typical section taking wind direction into consideration and comparison with codeTu Nankun(Greenland Holding Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200023, China)Abstract: Based on high frequency force balance (HFFB) wind tunnel test of the rigid model of an actual grids-attached super high-rise building, the base moment and torque properties were analyzed and the effect of complex surrounding building environment on integrated aerodynamic force characteristics of the structure was discussed in detail. The study results indicate that complex surrounding building environment mainly has sheltering effect on mean value and fluctuation value of aerodynamic force for the super high-rise building, especially when two buildings are in series or parallel. On condition that wind direction was considered, code values and test results were compared of equivalent static wind load, integrated base shear force and torque. It′s concluded that code values can completely envelope test values to some extent, but it costs more.Keywords: super high-rise building; complicated surroundings building environment; equivalent static wind load; wind speed; wind direction
