[摘要]采用SATWE,MIDAS軟件,對某高層商住樓進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析,介紹了傳力直接明確、傳力路徑清晰的梁式轉(zhuǎn)換復(fù)雜高層部分框支-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),通過分析計(jì)算和采取構(gòu)造措施避免了框支梁上墻體超筋,框支梁梁端采用抗剪鋼板以提高其抗剪承載力,在框支柱中設(shè)置芯柱以提高其延性和變形能力,并給出了關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)具體施工構(gòu)造詳圖,同時對施工控制注意事項(xiàng)做了一些規(guī)定。[關(guān)鍵詞]部分框支-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu); 框支梁; 芯柱; 抗剪鋼板; 施工支撐中圖分類號:TU355 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2015)22-0013-05
Structural design of the partial frame-supported shear wall structure for a high-rise commercial buildingDing Xin, Xia Yao, Zhang Weiyu(Nanjing Kingdom Architecture Design Co., Ltd., Nanjing 210019, China)Abstract: Analysis and calculation were carried out on a high-rise commercial building using programs of SATWE and MIDAS. The complex high-rise partial frame-supported shear wall structure with beam transmission, which had direct and clear pathways for force conversion, was introduced. Through the analysis and calculation as well as structural measures, the over-reinforced situation of shear wall above the frame-supported beam was avoided. Shear steel plates were used in frame-supported beam ends to improve the shear capacity. Core columns were set in the frame-supported column to improve its ductility and deformation capacity. Specific detailed drawings for construction details were provided for key nodes.
