[摘要]曲靖金都佳園1棟塔樓建筑高度為218m,是集商業(yè)和公寓式酒店為一體的綜合樓,采用帶加強(qiáng)層的框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。介紹了該工程結(jié)構(gòu)選型、抗震性能設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)以及主要分析結(jié)果。采用ANSYS軟件進(jìn)行特征值屈曲分析以確定型鋼柱的計(jì)算長(zhǎng)度系數(shù),并按此計(jì)算長(zhǎng)度系數(shù)進(jìn)行型鋼柱承載力分析。采用MIDAS/Gen軟件進(jìn)行施工階段模擬分析和罕遇地震靜力彈塑性分析,計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,考慮混凝土收縮徐變及實(shí)際施工順序的影響比不考慮時(shí)構(gòu)件的內(nèi)力大,彈塑性層間位移角滿足要求。該工程結(jié)構(gòu)安全可靠,滿足抗震性能設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)。[關(guān)鍵詞]曲靖金都佳園; 混合結(jié)構(gòu); 計(jì)算長(zhǎng)度; 施工模擬; Pushover中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):TU318 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2015)22-0007-06
Structural analysis of No.1 Building in Jindujiayuan in QujingLu Wei1, Li Yansheng1, Dong Jiang2, Wang Wenyuan1, Duan Erhuan1(1 Kunming Yingzao Engineering Design Co., Ltd., Kunming 650000, China; 2 Yunnan Antai Checking Center of Construction Project Shop Drawing Documents, Kunming 650000, China)Abstract: The No.1 Building in Jindujiayuan in Qujing, which has architecture height of 218 meters, is a comprehensive building with business and residence hotel inside as a whole. It adopts hybird structuaral system of frame-core wall with strengthened stories. The struactural system selection of the building was introduced as well as seismic performance design goals and the mian analysis results. The calculation coefficient of effective length of steel reinforced column was determined according to eigenvalue buckling analysis by ANSYS software, and it was used to analyze the bearing capacity of steel reinforced column. The simulation analysis of construction stage and Pushover analysis under the rare earthquake were carried out by MIDAS/Gen software. The results indicate that component internal forces are bigger when concrete shrinkage and creep as well as real construction consequence are considered, elastic plastic story drift angle meet the requirements. The structure of this project is secure and reliable, and it can fulfill seismic performence design goals.Keywords: Jindujiayuan in Qujing; hybrid structure; effective length; construction simulation; Pushover
