某地下室上浮開裂的處理與研究

[摘要]針對昆明市某地下室上浮開裂事故,對地下室上浮的原因進行了分析。分析結(jié)果表明,地下室上浮的主要原因為施工停止基坑降水后未能及時回填土以及抗浮設(shè)計水位不合理。依據(jù)新抗浮設(shè)計水位,進行了原結(jié)構(gòu)抗浮設(shè)計復(fù)核;并依據(jù)復(fù)核結(jié)果,提出了三種抗浮方案,通過此三種抗浮方案的比較分析,得出了最優(yōu)抗浮方案,采用此方案施工后工程實際效果良好。[關(guān)鍵詞]地下室上浮; 抗浮措施; 抗浮水位; 盲溝中圖分類號:TU318 文獻標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2015)21-0089-05

The analysis results show that the main reason of the floating up of the basement is that the soil fails to be timely backfilled into foundation pit after the foundation pit dewatering, and that the anti-floating design water level is unreasonable. According to the new anti-floating design water level, the anti-floating design review was carried out on original structure. According to the review results, three kinds of anti-floating schemes were put forward. Through the comparison and analysis of these threeschemes, an optimal anti-floating scheme was obtained and the actual effect of the project was good after adopting this scheme in construction.Keywords: floating up of basement; anti-floating measure; anti-floating water level; blind ditch
