高強(qiáng)鋼焊接工字梁整體穩(wěn)定性能分析

[摘要]高強(qiáng)鋼因其良好的材料性能已在建筑結(jié)構(gòu)和橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)中得到成功應(yīng)用,但是我國尚未頒布相應(yīng)的設(shè)計規(guī)范。同時鑒于國內(nèi)鮮有針對高強(qiáng)鋼梁整體穩(wěn)定性能的研究成果,建立高強(qiáng)鋼焊接工字梁的有限元模型,分析初始幾何缺陷、殘余應(yīng)力、鋼材強(qiáng)度等級、截面高寬比、荷載類型和截面形式對高強(qiáng)鋼焊接工字梁整體穩(wěn)定承載力的影響。結(jié)果表明,鋼材強(qiáng)度等級越高,初始幾何缺陷和殘余應(yīng)力對高強(qiáng)鋼焊接工字梁整體穩(wěn)定承載力的影響越小。建議了高強(qiáng)鋼焊接工字梁整體穩(wěn)定系數(shù)計算式。[關(guān)鍵詞]高強(qiáng)鋼; 焊接工字梁; 整體穩(wěn)定; 殘余應(yīng)力; 影響因素中圖分類號:TU391 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2015)21-0025-05

However, the corresponding design codes are not established. In view of few domestic research achievements of overall buckling behavior of high strength steel welded I-beams, the finite element analyses were performed. The effects on overall buckling capacity of high strength steel welded I-beams caused by the initial geometric imperfection, the residual stress, strength class of steel, section height-width ratio, load type and section form were investigated. The results indicate that the increasing in strength classes of steel results in the decreasing of the effects on overall buckling capacity of high strength steel welded I-beams caused by the initial geometric imperfection and the residual stresses. The calculation fomula for overall buckling coefficient of high strength steel welded I-beams is suggested.Keywords:high strength steel; welded I-beam; overall buckling; residual stress; influence factor
