高強度結(jié)構(gòu)鋼高強度螺栓摩擦型連接節(jié)點試驗研究﹡

[摘要]針對鋼板材質(zhì)為Q460,Q550,Q690的高強度結(jié)構(gòu)鋼和Q345鋼、摩擦面經(jīng)過拋丸除銹和噴硬質(zhì)石英砂處理的試件進行了高強度螺栓摩擦型連接試驗。通過試驗了解鋼材強度、摩擦面處理方法以及螺栓排布方式對抗滑移系數(shù)的影響。試驗結(jié)果表明,三種高強度鋼材的抗滑移系數(shù)比較接近,與Q345鋼的抗滑移系數(shù)相比有所降低。結(jié)合試驗分析,為高強度結(jié)構(gòu)鋼高強度螺栓摩擦型連接節(jié)點的設(shè)計提供參考。[關(guān)鍵詞]高強度結(jié)構(gòu)鋼; 高強度螺栓; 摩擦型連接; 抗滑移系數(shù)中圖分類號:TU391 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2015)21-0021-04
Experimental study on high strength bolts slip-critical connection for high strength steelLi Youzhi, Ji Xiaolian, Wu Yaohua(Central Research Institute of Building and Construction Co., Ltd., MCC Group, Beijing 100088, China)Abstract: Experimental tests on high strength bolt slip-critical connection were carried out using the specimens made of high strength steel with steel grades of Q460, Q550, Q690 and Q345 grade steel, and the friction surfaces of specimens were treated in two ways of shot blasting and hard quartz sand blasting. The slip coefficient was obtained through the experimental tests to estimate the effects of steel strength, friction surface treatment and bolts arrangement. The experimental results show that the slip coefficients of three types of high strength steel are very close and slightly lower than that of Q345 grade steel. The experimental analyses provide reference for the design of high strength bolts slip-critical connection for high strength steel.Keywords: high strength steel; high strength bolt; slip-critical connection; slip coefficient
