國產(chǎn)建筑結(jié)構(gòu)用鋼板材性參數(shù)統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析*

[摘要]建筑結(jié)構(gòu)用鋼板以其優(yōu)良的性能,已經(jīng)逐步應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)代鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程中。目前,我國關(guān)于鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范中僅有Q345GJ鋼的設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)。為了了解國產(chǎn)建筑結(jié)構(gòu)用鋼板的生產(chǎn)情況,補(bǔ)充完整建筑結(jié)構(gòu)用鋼板的設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo),對(duì)目前國內(nèi)主要鋼鐵企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的和鋼結(jié)構(gòu)加工企業(yè)加工的Q390GJ,Q420GJ和Q460GJ鋼進(jìn)行了調(diào)研。調(diào)研的內(nèi)容包括力學(xué)性能。同時(shí),開展了獨(dú)立的材性試驗(yàn)。將這些數(shù)據(jù)按照不同鋼材牌號(hào)不同厚度進(jìn)行分組,對(duì)每組鋼材的屈服強(qiáng)度數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。綜合考慮上下屈服強(qiáng)度的折減和試驗(yàn)不定性的影響,最終得到了Q390GJ,Q420GJ和Q460GJ鋼的材料不定性統(tǒng)計(jì)參數(shù)。得到的材料不定性參數(shù)將作為下一步計(jì)算抗力分項(xiàng)系數(shù)的基礎(chǔ),為工程設(shè)計(jì)人員應(yīng)用這些鋼材提供參考。

Statistics and analysis of material properties of domestic steel plates for building structures in China

Abstract: With the excellent performance, steel plates for building structures have been gradually applied in modern steel structures. Now in Chinese steel structure design codes, there is only the design value for Q345GJ steel. Thus, in order to investigate the production status of domestic steel plates for building structures and complete the design values, Q390GJ, Q420GJ and Q460GJ steels produced by major steel manufacturers and fabricated by major steel structure companies in China have been studied. The research content contains the data of mechanical properties. In the meantime, the independent material test was also carried out. The data were classified by different grades and thicknesses, and the yield strength data of each group were  analyzed by mathematical statistics method. Considering the difference between the upper yield strength and the lower yield strength and the influence of the test uncertainty, the statistical parameters of material uncertainty of Q390GJ, Q420GJ and Q460GJ were finally obtained, which would be used for calculating the partial factors of resistance of steel plates for building structures and help the engineers apply this kind of steel.
