國(guó)產(chǎn)高強(qiáng)度結(jié)構(gòu)鋼材材性參數(shù)統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析*

[摘要]為了解國(guó)產(chǎn)高強(qiáng)度結(jié)構(gòu)鋼材的生產(chǎn)情況,獲得國(guó)產(chǎn)高強(qiáng)度結(jié)構(gòu)鋼材的材性參數(shù),對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)主要鋼鐵企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的Q500,Q550和Q690結(jié)構(gòu)鋼材進(jìn)行了調(diào)研。調(diào)研的內(nèi)容主要為材料的力學(xué)性能。同時(shí)開(kāi)展了獨(dú)立的材性試驗(yàn),作為對(duì)調(diào)研收集數(shù)據(jù)的驗(yàn)證和補(bǔ)充。對(duì)收集到的數(shù)據(jù)分企業(yè)進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,了解每一家企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)情況,從而對(duì)國(guó)產(chǎn)高強(qiáng)度結(jié)構(gòu)鋼材生產(chǎn)情況有一個(gè)全面的認(rèn)識(shí)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)的方法對(duì)獨(dú)立試驗(yàn)的數(shù)據(jù)和調(diào)研收集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了綜合分析,得到了不同鋼材牌號(hào)不同厚度分組材料屈服強(qiáng)度的統(tǒng)計(jì)參數(shù),得到的材性參數(shù)將作為下一步計(jì)算高強(qiáng)鋼構(gòu)件抗力分項(xiàng)系數(shù)的基礎(chǔ),為《高強(qiáng)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)程》的編制提供研究依據(jù)。[關(guān)鍵詞]高強(qiáng)鋼; 力學(xué)性能; 屈服強(qiáng)度; 數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)中圖分類號(hào):TU391 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2015)21-0009-07
Statistics and analysis of material properties of domestic high-strength structural steels in ChinaZhu Xi, Shi Gang(Key Laboratory of Civil Engineering Safety and Durability of China Education Ministry, Department of Civil Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084, China)Abstract: In order to investigate the production status of domestic high-strength structural steels and obtain the parameters of material properties, Q500, Q550 and Q690 steels produced by major steel manufacturers in China have been studied. The main research content contains the data of mechanical properties. Meanwhile, the independent material test was carried out, which can be viewed as the verification and supplement of the collected data. The collected data which were firstly classified by different manufacturers were analyzed by statistical method to investigate the production status of each manufacturer, which help us to have a full picture of the production status of high-strength structural steels in China. On this basis, the collected and independent test data were classified by different grades and thicknesses. On this basis, the collected and independent test data were analyzed by the mathematical statistics method. The statistical parameters of yield strength which were classified by different grades and thicknesses were obtained, which would be used for calculating the partial factors for resistance of high-strength steels and give practical suggestions to Specification for design of high strength steel structures of China.Keywords: high-strength steel; mechanical property; yield strength; mathematical statistics
