高強(qiáng)焊接圓鋼管軸心受壓整體穩(wěn)定性能設(shè)計方法研究*

[摘要]關(guān)于高強(qiáng)度焊接圓鋼管受力性能的研究尚處于起步階段,我國《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范》(GB 50017—2003)中針對焊接圓鋼管軸心受壓構(gòu)件的整體穩(wěn)定設(shè)計方法缺乏足夠的研究依據(jù),因此有必要對焊接圓鋼管的整體穩(wěn)定性能進(jìn)行深入研究。利用ANSYS有限元軟件對試驗試件進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬計算,基于驗證模型,對不同強(qiáng)度等級鋼材和不同截面尺寸的高強(qiáng)度焊接圓鋼管受壓構(gòu)件進(jìn)行有限元參數(shù)分析。通過與國內(nèi)外規(guī)范進(jìn)行對比,最終對高強(qiáng)度焊接圓鋼管的整體穩(wěn)定設(shè)計方法提出兩種建議:一是對于高強(qiáng)度焊接圓鋼管截面軸心受壓整體穩(wěn)定承載性能可按照我國《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范》(GB 50017—2003)或歐洲規(guī)范Eurocode 3的a類柱子曲線進(jìn)行設(shè)計計算;二是基于我國《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范》(GB 50017—2003)和歐洲規(guī)范Eurocode 3中的柱子曲線的公式形式,更新柱子曲線的缺陷系數(shù),給出了新的設(shè)計曲線。[關(guān)鍵詞]高強(qiáng)度鋼材; 焊接圓鋼管; 設(shè)計方法; 軸心受壓; 整體穩(wěn)定中圖分類號:TU391 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2015)21-0001-08Design method for overall buckling behavior of high strength steel welded circular tubes under axial compressionShi Gang1, Jiang Xue2, Zhou Wenjing3, Zhang Yong4(1 Key Laboratory of Civil Engineering Safety and Durability of China Education Ministry, Department of Civil Engineering,Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084, China; 2 China Southwest Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., Chengdu 610041, China; 3 Beijing Institute of Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Beijing 100045, China; 4 School of Civil Engineering, Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing 100044, China)Abstract: Relevant research on welded circular tubes fabricated from high strength steel(HSS) has just commenced, and the design methods for overall buckling of welded circular tubes under axial compression in the Chinese Code for design of steel structures(GB 50017—2003) are lack of enough theoretical basis or research background, it is necessary to conduct a thorough research on the overall buckling behavior of welded circular tubes. Numerical simulation on the test specimens was carried out by ANSYS software. Based on the validated models, the finite element parametric analysis for HSS welded circular tubes with different strength grade steels and different section sizes was carried out. Compared with the domestic and foreign design codes, two suggestions about the design methods for overall buckling of HSS welded circular tubes were put forward: one is for the choice of column curves in Chinese Code for design of steel structures(GB 50017—2003) and Eurocode 3, that is members under axial compression could be calculated as class a section for its buckling capacity; the second was that based on formula forms in Chinese Code for design of steel structures(GB 50017—2003) and Eurocode 3, imperfection factors were updated and new column curves were suggested.Keywords: high strength steel; welded circular tube; design method; axial compression; overall buckling
