后注漿灌注樁單樁承載力影響因素分析及設(shè)計(jì)取值探討

[摘要]通過(guò)對(duì)實(shí)際工程中相同場(chǎng)地條件下相同樁徑、樁長(zhǎng)抗壓基樁在不注漿、僅樁端注漿、樁端樁側(cè)均注漿三種工況下的抗壓承載力測(cè)試結(jié)果對(duì)比分析,以及不同樁徑、相同樁長(zhǎng)、不注漿和不同樁徑、不同樁長(zhǎng)、樁端樁側(cè)均注漿的抗壓基樁承載力測(cè)試結(jié)果的對(duì)比分析,不僅可以得到后注漿灌注樁承載力綜合提高系數(shù)實(shí)測(cè)值,而且可分析了解單樁承載力影響因素,為在石家莊地區(qū)合理采用側(cè)阻力增強(qiáng)系數(shù)、端阻力增強(qiáng)系數(shù),以及合理考慮后注漿樁尺寸效應(yīng)、樁端土層影響因素等提供工程依據(jù)。[關(guān)鍵詞]不注漿; 僅樁端注漿; 樁端樁側(cè)均注漿; 側(cè)阻力增強(qiáng)系數(shù); 端阻力增強(qiáng)系數(shù); 承載力影響因素中圖分類號(hào):TU473.1+6 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2015)20-0092-06
Influencing factors analysis and design value discussion of single pile bearing capacity for post grouting pilesZhang Lixin, Kang Lijuan(Hebei NGREEN Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Shijiazhuang 050011, China)Abstract: Based on the same site conditions, during the actual engineering, compressive piles were selected with the same diameter and length to conduct tests. Compressive bearing capacity test results under three kinds of working condition of no-grouting pile, grouting at the both ends of the pile and grouting at lateral and both ends of the piles were obtained and analyzed. And test results of the compressive bearing capacities of the no-grouting compressive piles with the different diameters but the same length were obtained and compared with results of compressive piles with grouting at lateral and both ends as well as different diameters and lengths. The measured values of comprehensive increasing coefficient of bearing capacity for post grouting piles were obtained, and the influencing factors on the single pile bearing capacity were also analyzed and mastered. All of these provide engineering basis for rational use of enhancement factor of lateral resistance of the pile, enhancement factor of the end resistance of the pile and reasonable consideration on size effect of post grouting pile and influencing factors of pile end soil in Shijiazhuang area.Keywords: no-grouting; grouting at the both ends of the pile; grouting at lateral and both ends of the pile; enhancement factor of lateral resistance of the pile; enhancement factor of the end resistance of the pile; influencing factors on bearing capacity
