考慮二次受力狀態(tài)下鋼板加固銹蝕RC梁抗彎剛度計(jì)算方法和試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]考慮工程中RC橋梁存在二次受力的情況以及鋼板與混凝土之間的協(xié)同工作系數(shù),同時(shí)引入改進(jìn)的坑蝕模型,建立了鋼板加固銹蝕RC梁抗彎剛度理論模型。通過(guò)9根鋼板加固銹蝕RC梁抗彎彈性試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了理論模型的正確性,對(duì)比了考慮二次受力和不考慮二次受力狀態(tài)下試驗(yàn)梁的剛度。結(jié)果表明,二次受力狀態(tài)下?lián)隙壤碚撝蹬c試驗(yàn)值比值的均值和變異系數(shù)分別為1.02和0.13,理論推導(dǎo)的數(shù)值與試驗(yàn)值較為吻合。鋼板加固能夠有效提升銹蝕RC梁的抗彎剛度,不考慮二次受力的試驗(yàn)梁剛度被高估了,而不考慮鋼板與混凝土間變形協(xié)調(diào)的試驗(yàn)梁剛度被低估了。

Calculation method and experimental research of the bending stiffness of corroded RC beams strengthened by steel plates considering the secondary load state

Abstract: Considering the secondary load condition of RC bridge beam in engineerings, coordination working coefficient between steel plates and concrete and the introduction of improved corrosion-proof model, the bending stiffness theoretical model of corroded RC beams strengthened by steel plates was established. The flexural elasticity tests with corroded 9 RC beams strengthened by steel plates were carried out to verify the correctness of the theoretical model. The stiffness of test beams under secondary load state was compared with that of the common beams. The results show that the mean value and variation coefficient of the ratio between the deflection theoretical value and the experimental value under secondary load state is 1.02 and 0.13 respectively. The numerical results are in good agreement with the experimental values. Steel reinforcement can effectively enhance the bending stiffness of corroded RC beams. The stiffness of test beams is overrated without taking into account the secondary load, and the stiffness of test beams is undervalued without taking into account the deformation compatibility between the steel plates and concrete.
