緩粘結(jié)部分預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土T梁試驗研究及有限元分析*

[摘要]為了研究緩粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土構(gòu)件的受力性能和使用性能,對3根緩粘結(jié)部分預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土T梁和1根有粘結(jié)以及1根無粘結(jié)部分預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土T梁的受力性能進行了對比試驗研究。結(jié)果表明,緩粘結(jié)部分預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土T梁的受力性能與有粘結(jié)部分預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土T梁極為相似,但明顯不同于無粘結(jié)部分預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土T梁。采用有限元軟件ABAQUS對緩粘結(jié)部分預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土T梁進行了非線性有限元數(shù)值模擬,分析中考慮了幾何非線性和材料非線性的影響。選取適當?shù)牟牧媳緲?gòu)關(guān)系和單元類型,從梁的變形發(fā)展規(guī)律、正截面極限承載力和緩粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力筋的應(yīng)變發(fā)展規(guī)律等幾方面與試驗結(jié)果進行了對比分析。結(jié)果表明,數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果吻合較好。

Experimental research and finite element analysis on retardbonded partially prestressed concrete T-shaped beams

Abstract: To investigate the mechanical behavior and usability of retard-bonded prestressed concrete member, the comparative experimental studies were carried out on three retard-bonded partially prestressed concrete T-shaped beams, one bonded partially prestressed concrete T-shaped beam and one unbonded partially prestressed concrete T-shaped beam. It turns out that the retard-bonded partially prestressed concrete T-shaped beam is very similar to bonded partially prestressed concrete T-shaped beam in mechanical behavior, but is apparently different from unbonded partially prestressed concrete T-shaped beam. Finite element software ABAQUS was used for nonlinear finite element numerical simulation on the retard-bonded partially prestressed concrete T-shaped beams, considering both geometrical nonlinearity and material nonlinearity. On the basis of proper material constitution relationship and element type, comparative analyses were carried out with experimental results in aspects of deformation development law of beam, strain development law of ultimate flexural capacity and retard-bonded prestressed tendons. Results show that the simulation results coincide with test results fairly.
