配螺旋箍筋方鋼管混凝土柱力學(xué)性能研究*

[摘要]為了研究配螺旋箍筋方鋼管混凝土柱的力學(xué)性能,在試驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用ABAQUS軟件建立了方鋼管混凝土柱的有限元模型,對比分析了配螺旋箍筋方鋼管混凝土柱與普通方鋼管混凝土柱的力學(xué)性能,得到螺旋箍筋對混凝土具有約束加強(qiáng)作用的影響規(guī)律。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步對配螺旋箍筋方鋼管混凝土柱進(jìn)行參數(shù)化分析,研究了混凝土強(qiáng)度等級(jí)、螺旋箍筋間距、螺旋箍筋直徑、螺旋箍筋強(qiáng)度等級(jí)對配螺旋箍筋方鋼管混凝土柱軸壓承載力的影響。結(jié)果表明:提高混凝土強(qiáng)度等級(jí)、減小螺旋箍筋間距和增大直徑均能有效提高配螺旋箍筋方鋼管混凝土柱的軸壓承載力,而改變螺旋箍筋強(qiáng)度等級(jí)對提高配螺旋箍筋方鋼管混凝土柱的軸壓承載力效果不明顯;配螺旋箍筋方鋼管混凝土柱的軸壓承載力與其用鋼量近似成正比關(guān)系。在相關(guān)規(guī)范的基礎(chǔ)上,推導(dǎo)了適用于配螺旋箍筋方鋼管混凝土柱的軸壓承載力計(jì)算公式,并驗(yàn)證了其合理性。

Abstract: For investigating the mechanical performance of spiral stirrup-confined concrete-filled square steel tubular columns (CFTs), finite element models were established by ABAQUS software based on the tests. Restraint strengthening effect laws of spiral stirrup on concrete were obtained through comparison of spiral stirrup-confined CFTs and general CFTs. Parametric analyses were carried out on spiral stirrup-confined CFTs to study influences of concrete strength, spiral stirrup spacing, spiral stirrup diameter and spiral stirrup strength grade on axial compression capacity. Results show that increase of both concrete strength and stirrup diameter and decrease of stirrup spacing can enhance the axial compression bearing capacity of spiral stirrup-confined CFTs, whereas the increase of stirrup strength grade is helpless. The relation between steel quantity and axial compression bearing capacity of spiral stirrup-confined CFTs is linear basically. Based on relevant codes, the axial compression calculation formulas for spiral stirrup-confined CFTs were deduced and verified.
