[摘要]鄭州某超高層建筑,塔尖高度280m,采用框架-核心筒混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系,充分利用了混凝土核心筒的阻尼和質(zhì)量特性以及鋼材固有的延性吸收和消耗風(fēng)荷載及地震能量。經(jīng)分析研究,無須設(shè)置伸臂桁架加強層結(jié)構(gòu)即可滿足相關(guān)規(guī)范變形及舒適度要求。本工程存在全樓整體斜柱、核心筒內(nèi)88m深天井、核心筒高位轉(zhuǎn)換、塔尖反光器特殊張弦結(jié)構(gòu)等特點,采用性能化設(shè)計方法進行設(shè)計,結(jié)構(gòu)核心筒底部加強區(qū)的性能目標為中震不屈服。通過彈性及彈塑性時程分析,找到了結(jié)構(gòu)的薄弱部位并采取型鋼、鋼筋斜撐等措施予以加強,使結(jié)構(gòu)的性能目標得以實現(xiàn)。

Structural design on a 280m super high-rise building in Zhengzhou

Abstract: The super high-rise building in Zhengzhou with spire height of 280m adopts mixed structural system of frame-corewall. The damping and quality characteristics of the concrete corewall and the inherent ductility of the steel are used to absorb and dissipate the wind load and seismic energy. Through analysis and research, the structure could fulfill the requirements of deformation and comfort in relevant codes without setting the reinforcing layers of outriggers. The performance-based  design method was used considering characteristics of inclined columns existing in the whole building, 88m-deep courtyard in corewall, high level-transfer in corewall, special beam string structure of spire reflector. Structure performance objective for bottom strengthening area of corewall was not yielding under the fortification earthquake. Through the elastic and elastic-plastic time-history analyses, the weak parts of the structure were found and the measures of section steel and rebar diagonal brace were adopted to strengthen the structure and to fulfill the structural performance objective.
