紅土創(chuàng)新廣場陡角度斜交網(wǎng)格塔樓結構設計

[摘要]紅土創(chuàng)新廣場采用鋼管混凝土斜交網(wǎng)格外框架+單向伸臂+混凝土核心筒結構體系。通過研究分析平面的各種角度相交網(wǎng)格的外框,得到外框柱網(wǎng)的主要性能;通過比較分析伸臂和帶狀桁架的布置對抗側剛度的貢獻,確定了伸臂和帶狀桁架的數(shù)量,以最優(yōu)的布置達到良好的結構性能;針對在重力作用下斜柱引起的樓蓋水平軸力,分析了樓面梁的最大拉力和壓力,為樓面梁的設計提供依據(jù);對重要的伸臂K形節(jié)點、立面斜柱交叉節(jié)點進行了精細的有限元計算分析,并提出了加強措施,保證了強節(jié)點弱構件;進行了結構動力彈塑性分析,定性地找出了結構的薄弱部位,并提出相應的加強措施。

Structural design of Hongtu Creative Square tower with steep diagrid columns

Abstract: The main structural system for Hongtu Creative Square is constitution of CFST diagrid frame, one direction outriggers and reinforced concrete corewall. Based on the research on some kinds of different angle diagrid columns elevations, the main performance of diagrid columns was gained. After studying contribution of the outriggers and belt trusses to the structural lateral stiffness, the number and location of outriggers and belt trusses were optimized to achieve well structural performance. The maximum tension force and compression force of floor beams were analyzed considering the floor horizontal axial force due to the gravity of inclined columns, providing basis for design of floor beams. For important K-joints of outriggers and cross nodes of elevation inclined columns, the fine finite element analyses were carried out and the strengthening measures were put forward to ensure the strong joint and weak member. The structural dynamic elasto-plastic analysis was conducted to find out the weak parts of the structure qualitatively, and corresponding strengthening measures were put forward.
