深圳華僑城大廈結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計若干問題探討

[摘要]深圳華僑城大廈屬體型復(fù)雜的超限高層建筑,采用帶斜撐的框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。針對結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的若干特點進行介紹,包括型鋼分離、偏置的型鋼混凝土巨柱設(shè)計方法,周邊柱、斜撐和腰桁架之間豎向荷載傳遞路徑的選擇,樓板在恒載作用下較大的拉應(yīng)力的釋放方法,節(jié)點構(gòu)造,大震和特大震作用下彈塑性時程分析等。分析表明,該結(jié)構(gòu)能夠滿足預(yù)定的性能目標。[關(guān)鍵詞]樓板拉應(yīng)力; 斜撐; 腰桁架; 型鋼混凝土; 型鋼分離中圖分類號:TU398.7 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2015)20-0001-07

Robertson Associates International Consulting Engineers P.L.L.C, New York 10451,USA)Abstract: OCT (Shenzhen) Tower is an out-of-code high-rise building with complicated shape, which adopts braced frame-core wall structural system. Some structural design characteristics were introduced including the design method of huge steel reinforced concrete columns with separated and eccentric placed profile steel, the vertical load transmit road selection between perimeter columns, braces and belt trusses, the large tensional stress release method of slab under dead loads, the joint construction and elastic-plastic time-history analysis under the rare earthquake and especially rare earthquake. The analyses show that the structure can fulfil expected seismic performance targets.Keywords: tensional stress of slab; brace; belt truss; steel reinforced concrete; separated profile steel
