吊車荷載對(duì)檢修庫(kù)上蓋振動(dòng)影響的仿真分析*

［摘要］對(duì)北京某車輛段檢修庫(kù)上蓋振動(dòng)進(jìn)行測(cè)試，測(cè)試結(jié)果表明吊車荷載作用下檢修庫(kù)上蓋振動(dòng)較大。采用數(shù)值仿真方法，從上蓋建筑物振動(dòng)控制的角度出發(fā)，對(duì)吊車荷載作用下車輛段檢修庫(kù)立柱截面、立柱間距、有無(wú)轉(zhuǎn)換層及有無(wú)上蓋建筑物對(duì)上蓋振動(dòng)的影響進(jìn)行分析。分析結(jié)果表明，立柱截面變化對(duì)上蓋振動(dòng)影響較小，可忽略不計(jì)，而立柱間距對(duì)上蓋振動(dòng)影響較為明顯；增加轉(zhuǎn)換層可降低上蓋的振動(dòng)，最大Z振級(jí)平均降低3.1dB，增加上蓋建筑物后上蓋振動(dòng)有所減小，最大Z振級(jí)平均降低1.95dB。［關(guān)鍵詞］吊車荷載; 檢修庫(kù); 上蓋建筑; 振動(dòng)中圖分類號(hào)：X593 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2015)19-0092-04Simulation analysis on influence of crane loads on over-track building vibrations of a repair shedOuyang Kangmiao1, Zeng Qin′e2, He Lei2

Abstract: Over-track building vibration of a car depot repair shed in Beijing was tested. Results show that over-track building vibration of the repair shed is large under the crane loads. From the perspective of controlling the over-track building vibration, analyses were carried out on the influential factors on the over-track building vibration under the crane loads, including column section size, space between columns, existence of transfer story and existence of over-track buildings. Results show that the influence of column section size can be neglected and space between columns has significant influence on the over-track building slab vibration. Adding either transfer story or over-track buildings can reduce the over-track building slab vibrations, by averagely 3.1dB and 1.95dB respectively.
