西安鐘樓臺(tái)基防工業(yè)振動(dòng)控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究*

[摘要]隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展,西安鐘樓附近的工程活動(dòng)和人為擾動(dòng)日益頻繁,鐘樓結(jié)構(gòu)長期安全性能受到了嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。因此有必要建立合理科學(xué)的振動(dòng)控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以約束鐘樓附近的工程活動(dòng)和人為擾動(dòng)。首先采用三維數(shù)值仿真方法分析工業(yè)振動(dòng)條件下鐘樓結(jié)構(gòu)的力學(xué)響應(yīng),然后基于既有文獻(xiàn)和疲勞試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,確定鐘樓臺(tái)基砌體的疲勞損傷模型和疲勞曲線,最后通過理論方法評(píng)估不同工況下西安鐘樓臺(tái)基的疲勞壽命,給出臺(tái)基防疲勞破壞的振動(dòng)控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。結(jié)果表明,對(duì)于西安鐘樓臺(tái)基,工業(yè)振動(dòng)引起的地面振動(dòng)速度宜控制在0.8mm/s以內(nèi)。

Abstract: With the high-speed development of society economy, there are increasingly engineering activities and man-made disturbances nearby Xi′an Bell Tower, and these engineering  activities and  man-made disturbances threaten the long-term safety of the bell tower structure. Hence, it is necessary to formulate the vibration control standard to restrain the nearby engineering activities and man-made disturbances. Firstly, the dynamic response of the bell tower structure under industrial vibration was investigated by using three-dimensional numerical simulation method. Then the fatigue damage accumulation model and the S-N curve for the masonry platform were determined based on the existing literature and fatigue experiments data. Finally, the fatigue life of the masonry platform was evaluated under different working conditions and the anti-fatigue failure vibration control standard was proposed. Results indicate that the peak velocity of the ground vibration induced by industrial activities for platform of Xi′an Bell Tower should be controlled under 0.8mm/s.
