大底盤單塔結(jié)構(gòu)位移比的思考與建議

[摘要]扭轉(zhuǎn)位移比是衡量結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)則性的重要指標(biāo),應(yīng)滿足規(guī)范的限值要求。常規(guī)情況下,通過調(diào)整結(jié)構(gòu)布置,減小質(zhì)心與剛心之間的偏心距,能夠減小結(jié)構(gòu)扭轉(zhuǎn)位移比。但是在設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐中發(fā)現(xiàn),此方法對(duì)塔樓偏置的大底盤單塔或類似結(jié)構(gòu)不一定適用。減小質(zhì)心與剛心之間的偏心距,并不能有效減小裙房層的扭轉(zhuǎn)位移比?;仡櫫私Y(jié)構(gòu)位移的計(jì)算方法,討論了剛心與質(zhì)心的偏心距對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則的影響,提出了剪力中心的概念及計(jì)算方法。對(duì)于大底盤單塔及類似結(jié)構(gòu),提出了減小剪心與剛心偏心距,以減小扭轉(zhuǎn)位移比的方法。[關(guān)鍵詞]大底盤單塔; 位移比; 質(zhì)心; 剛心; 偏心距; 剪心中圖分類號(hào):TU318+.1 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2015)18-0063-05
Thoughts and suggestions on displacement ratio of a single tower with the large chassisWei Yong, Wang Zhigang, Zhang Xu(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract: Torsional displacement ratio, which is an important index to measure the structure irregularity, should meet the requirements of design codes. For common structures, the ratio can be reduced by reducing the distance between the mass center and the stiffness center through adjusting the structural layouts. It is found in practice that this method is not necessarily useful for the eccentric single tower with the large chassis or similar structures. The ratio of skirt structures cannot be reduced effectively by reducing the eccentricity of the mass center and the stiffness center. The calculation method of displacement was reviewed, and the influence of the eccentricity on torsional irregularity was discussed. The concept and the calculation method of shear center were proposed. For the single tower structure with the large chassis and similar structures, method was proposed to reduce the torsional displacement ratio through reducing the distance between the shear center and the stiffness center.Keywords: single tower structure with large chassis; displacement ratio; mass center; stiffness center; eccentricity; shear center
