［摘要］介紹了一棟位于抗震設(shè)防烈度為8度區(qū)的裝配整體式剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)高層住宅的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。闡釋了裝配整體式剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)的整體設(shè)計(jì)方法，采用多模型對(duì)現(xiàn)澆及預(yù)制構(gòu)件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。論述了預(yù)制墻板的布置原則并提取多模型中同一部位的內(nèi)力進(jìn)行連接驗(yàn)算?？偨Y(jié)構(gòu)件生產(chǎn)和施工過程中的控制要點(diǎn)，其設(shè)計(jì)成果為裝配整體式剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)在高烈度區(qū)的應(yīng)用提供了示范及推動(dòng)作用。［關(guān)鍵詞］裝配整體式混凝土剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu); 預(yù)制混凝土夾心保溫外墻板; 連接設(shè)計(jì)中圖分類號(hào)：TU375 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2015)18-0059-04
Application of monolithic precast shear wall structure in lowincome housingXu Jiaping(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract: Structural design of a high-rise residential with monolithic precast shear wall structure in 8 seismic precautionary intensity zone was introduced. The whole design method of the monolithic precast shear wall structure was introduced. The cast-in-situ members and precast members were designed with different models. The arrangement rules of the precast panels were discussed and the connection checking calculations were carried out in the same part of different models. The summary of the important control points of member production and construction process during the construction of this kind of structure was conducted. The design results provide a demonstration and promoting role for the application of the monolithic precast concrete shear wall structure in high seismic intensity area.Keywords:monolithic precast concrete shear wall structure; precast concrete sandwich facade panel; connection design
