[摘要]北京新景商務(wù)樓采用鋼框架-支撐結(jié)構(gòu)體系,在2~4層?xùn)|側(cè)懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)置了兩榀2層通高桁架,并向主體結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)延伸了三跨。采用SATWE,MIDAS/Gen軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了小震、中震、大震等多工況下的靜力分析,采用PKPM-SAUSAGE軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了罕遇地震作用下的彈塑性時(shí)程分析,并對(duì)懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了以豎向地震為主的時(shí)程分析補(bǔ)充驗(yàn)算和人行激勵(lì)下的舒適度驗(yàn)算。結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)具有良好的抗震性能,在懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)樓板下設(shè)置TMD后滿足舒適度要求。[關(guān)鍵詞]北京新景商務(wù)樓; 懸挑結(jié)構(gòu); 抗震性能化分析; 舒適度中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):TU318 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2015)18-0054-05
Structural design of Beijing Xinjing Commercial CentreZhao Boyao, Xu Fujiang, Sheng Ping(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract: Beijing Xinjing Commercial Centre adopts steel frame-bracing structural system. Two pieces of 2-storey trusses are set for east cantilever structure of 2~4 floors. Three spans of the trusses are extended inside the major structure. Programs of SATWE and MIDAS/Gen were adopted to make static analyses of multiple working conditions such as frequent, fortification and rare earthquakes. Program of PKPM-SAUSAGE was adopted to make an elastic-plastic time-history analysis of the structure under the rare earthquake. A supplementary checking calculation for time-history analysis of the cantilever structure focusing on vertical earthquakes was carried out as well as a checking calculation of comfort degree of the cantilever structure induced by human walking. The results show that the structure represents a favorable seismic performance and the comfort degree requirements are satisfied with TMDs set under the floor of the cantilever structure.Keywords: Beijing Xinjing Commerical Centre; cantilever structure; performance-based seismic analysis; comfort degree
